1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered within the last 7 days
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and certificates (if any) are intact
- The product is not listed under "Non-Returnable Items"
- You have the original order invoice or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to their sacred and personalized nature:
- Energized Gemstones: Stones that have been ritually energized or activated
- Customized Yantras: Yantras prepared specifically for an individual
- Rudraksha: Opened Rudraksha beads or malas that have been worn
- Puja Items: Items that have been used in rituals or opened
- Digital Products: E-books, downloadable content, and online consultation recordings
- Personalized Products: Any item customized with your name, birth details, or specific requirements
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24-48 hours.

Pack & Ship
Securely pack the product with all original packaging. Write the RAN on the package and ship it to our return address.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Full Refund: Issued when the product is returned unused with all original packaging within 7 days
- Partial Refund: May be issued if the product shows signs of use or if packaging is damaged
- No Refund: For non-returnable items, used products, or returns initiated after 7 days
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card within 7-10 business days
- UPI/Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same UPI ID or bank account within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days
- Store Credit: Optionally, you can choose store credit which is issued immediately
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for faster processing.
7. Consultation Service Refunds
For Vedic Astrology consultation bookings:
- Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: 50% refund
- No-shows: No refund
- Rescheduling: Allowed once at no extra charge, with minimum 6 hours notice
- If the astrologer cancels, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule
8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Shipping: Full refund, cancel anytime before the order is shipped
- After Shipping: Follow the standard return process after receiving the product
- Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once the download or access has been provided
9. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and avoids confusion.
10. Shipping for Returns
Return shipping details:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- The return address will be provided with your Return Authorization Number
11. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, inspection takes 2-3 business days. After approval, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
